OLD FENCE - We removed approximately 164’ of old fence and the dumpster gate

AFTER pulling down and hauling off all the old fence we installed the following:

Pool Fence - 128’ of 5’ Black Aluminum Spear Top Fencing and Two (2) 4’ Walk Gates with Magna Lock

Dumpster Fence - 94’ of 5’ Treated Wood Privacy Fence.

Gate - 6’ double drive gate using 6 5/8” post and metal frames.

1. You have to submit the Plat of your Property.
2. You have to be the land owner
3. Fill out the application (I can email it to you)

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
