This particular subdivision requires fences to be 6' Tall with a style that is not seen around most areas here in the low country. This fence has a 4' privacy with a 2' picket at the top. I call this style a "Split Privacy Top Picket" with post caps.

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
