The Cape Cod style fence is absolutely my favorite fence style. This fence is 4' Tall and the pickets are spaced 2.5" apart. The post caps make this fence pop with attitude. Love-Love-Love this fence!

1. You have to submit the Plat of your Property.
2. You have to be the land owner
3. Fill out the application (I can email it to you)

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
