This homeowner added "new" style to the property by changing out the front wood picket double drive gate to an Alumn-Guard Flat Top Ascot 3-Channel double drive gate. Now that is a mouth full, but it is a WOW when you pass by the home.

1. You have to submit the Plat of your Property.
2. You have to be the land owner
3. Fill out the application (I can email it to you)

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
