I am absolutely, without a doubt, in love with this recent picket we built. Painted black just makes it pop with appeal in my book! Pickets are 1/4's spaced 2.5" apart and scallop cut.

1. You have to submit the Plat of your Property.
2. You have to be the land owner
3. Fill out the application (I can email it to you)

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
