Recently completed for a Daniel's Orchard (Summerville SC) resident. This is a Series H from Alumi-Guard. The gate is arched to give it some "bling" and we used double pickets to help conceal the outside heat/air unit.

1. You have to submit the Plat of your Property.
2. You have to be the land owner
3. Fill out the application (I can email it to you)

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
