This 4' Treated Wood Privacy Fence located on John's Island SC has a style all of it's own. At the customer's request, we gave this fence an arch.

1. You have to submit the Plat of your Property.
2. You have to be the land owner
3. Fill out the application (I can email it to you)

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
