Customer had us install this style of fence to insure that his small dog would not be able to get out of the yard. The pickets are spaced at 1 5/8" apart.

2. You have to be the land owner
3. Fill out the application (I can email it to you)

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
