The Perfect Picket in Thomas Park @ Carnes Crossroads

I am absolutely, without a doubt, in love with this recent picket we built. Painted black just makes it pop with appeal in my book! Pickets are 1/4's spaced 2.5" apart and scallop cut.

Daniel Island Alternating Height Picket is the Ticket !

We love repeat customers and this one bought another house and had us install a fence that matched the neighbors The descriptive style is: 4' Treated Wood Flat Top Picket with Alternating Heights and pickets are spaced 1.5" apart. We also installed two 4' Walk Gates and one 8' Double Gate. Customer will paint black in a few months. Treated Wood needs to dry out before painting.

Planters Point Newest Picket

This 4' picket has an "arched" cut. The pickets are 1"x4" and spaced 2.5" apart. The posts have been topped off with our custom made post caps.

Adorable Cape Cod Picket at Daniels Orchard in Summerville SC

We installed approx. 200' of this 4' Treated Wood Picket Fence with (3) 4' Walk Gates. The pickets are 1x4s spaced 2" apart and the posts are adorned with our custom made post caps

Dressing Up the Front Yard with a Cute Wood Picket

This cute fence is in the customers front yard near the old town of North Charleston. The spear top pickets are custom cut and are 1"x4" spaced 2" apart.

4' Wood Spear Top Picket - Scallop Pattern

Just completed and it's a winner at Salt Grass in Carolina Bay. The pickets are 2"x2" and cut at the top into spears, cut to lengths to create a scallop pattern. Each picket is spaced 2" apart. The posts were set 5' apart and topped with our custom made caps. All I can say is - BEAUTIFUL and our installers are masters at their trade. Great Job Guys !!!

Birkdale Village is Graced with this Cape Cod Wood Picket

The Cape Cod style fence is absolutely my favorite fence style. This fence is 4' Tall and the pickets are spaced 2.5" apart. The post caps make this fence pop with attitude. Love-Love-Love this fence!

Downtown Charleston Business is Fencing Around

DeSano Pizza Bakery had a need to protect but not block the customers view of their newly opened business. We installed three styles - 4' and a 6' Dog Ear Picket spaced 2.5" apart. To secure the back - 6' Dog Ear Privacy

No Grumble about this New Fence in Grimbal Gates!

This 4' Treated Wood Privacy Fence located on John's Island SC has a style all of it's own. At the customer's request, we gave this fence an arch.

1. You have to submit the Plat of your Property.
2. You have to be the land owner
3. Fill out the application (I can email it to you)

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
