This cute fence is in the customers front yard near the old town of North Charleston. The spear top pickets are custom cut and are 1"x4" spaced 2" apart.

1. You have to submit the Plat of your Property.
2. You have to be the land owner
3. Fill out the application (I can email it to you)

The Encroachment Office is on Manor Street in Moncks Corner SC. The office is in The Public Works Building.

It is off 17-A behind the Old County Building. Manor Street runs behind this building.
